Basic, you have to foolow some simple rules, for the begining. You have to keep a low profile, meaning that you have not to expose yourself to the enemy. Use covers as trees, rocks, bushes etc. Don't run on the field, u can't see where your enemy is if you run. When moving, try to combine fire with movement. That means that when you move from a cover to another, your team-mate have to cover you with fire. Once you arrived in your new position, you'll cover your comerade with fire so he can move to another position. There are many other hints about how to play paintball, if you want to read more about this, please let me know and i'll put more posts about this topic.

Hahaha! Don't run?! AHAHA! Sorry goof, but you suck at paintball and at life. If you don't run, you will walk right through a stream of paint.. okay you play like a "sniper" and i'll still play like a tournament player.. gg no re.

Never go out to shoot troug the same spot, learn to shoot left and right handed, never let your hoper out of the cover, you rather a mask hit having visibility than a stupid hopper hit without looking properly at your target(this means learning how to shoot leaning your hopper to the cover,and not to you, it is difficult but if you get handed you'll see how good it works), try out different positions (back and front), look for the angles, sometimes you don't need to be behind cover to be covered (if you get what I mean), all about it,try practicing as much as you can with good and competitive players not just with your friends.

Remember to always keep your feet, legs and arms off range, and hide your face with the marker and VL. Oh, and try not to lift the elbow for stability. Try these moves with a partner first, you'll see improvement as you play. At some point, all that your oponent will see, is the paint on his direction.

Bro; it depends also where u play, if u go to the speedball is easy just find good markergun with rapid fire and speed loader and some mates to move and have some fast tactics.
In the other side if u go to field (scene) check the enviroment and dress like that (camo), practice aiming and shooting, get also a nice gun with long distance shoot, play in coordination with your mates; try to learn from your mistakes when and why somebody got u (GOTCHA), next time be sure you wont repeat it.
If your are alone move fast, and never wait for them if you dont have where to run and hide, be walklone is nice but you most to learn how normally groups move. Is another game never pick the same spot to kill, go for a new one; they never wait that.
And allways check all the terrain where the game will take place.
And finally allways enjoy the game; that is what for.
