Work it like you would for any other sport, stretch and warm up make you marker a part of your body much like a baseball player does with his bat. the skills you need are the ones you use the most like running and gunning, sliding, diving, snapping, breakouts, and study you field layouts! Do this and repeat then maybe just maybe you can blow faces off like the best of the best.

sliding if your are front is great also try , and keep trying snap shooting , get use to look for chances ...keep it up ...good luck
