Yeah, nowadays, I find that less people love Punk-Rock as I do. Even though I like more the 2nd wave, we can also talk about the first. Like Ramones, Sex Pistols, the Clash, etc.

Now, the second wave, is composed mostly by Blink 182, Yellowcard, Sum 41, Green Day (not the gay songs that pass by on the radio), NOFX, Bowling for Soup, etc. :P

there aren't too many punk-rock bands
there are LOTS of pop-punk

i can't even count on my fingers
how many identical bands there are

Look
if you search on lastfm a band like..
let's say Valencia
you'll find another 20 bands JUST LIKE THEM

and i'm sick of that!
in my country [Romania] it's a new wave
with ex-pop-sters and r'n'b-s

who started suddenly to dress THE SAME
and listen the exact bands
[who,by the way,are identical]
and they pretend to be punk :|

I love FOB too!

They are not my fav band anymore, and I don't love them as I used to, but that's because I started to open my mind to some new stuff (I mean, what I listen is not new, at all! But for me, it is a little).
